The Under Dungeon is a multi room play space situated underground in a soundproof basement on the edge of Buckingham. The three play rooms offer different atmospheres conjuring up all sorts of scenarios for all degrees and levels of play and servitude. Lots of time, effort, blood, sweat and happy tears have been shed over the building and creating of My play space….now it’s time to share it 🙂
The Under Dungeon is available to hire privately by professionals, kinksters and couples for private play time, professional sessions, photo shoots and film days. The rooms included are: Upstairs- Toilet, kitchen and running hot water. Downstairs- Stairwell, Dressing room, Cold Store room, Tiny Kitchen, Dungeon room, Gritty room.
The Under Dungeon is well equipped with a wide range of specialist toys. My favourite activities are anal – particularly large toys and fisting, whipping, CP, smoking, intox and breath play, some of these items can be very heavy to travel with, following shortly will be a gallery showing all the toys available to play with during your visit. Smoking and Hardsports are welcome activities in the designated areas – there is running hot water upstairs, soon to be plumbed in downstairs. Usual consumables are included in the hire fee; condoms, water-based lube, nitrile gloves, puppy pads, tea, coffee, refreshments etc. There will be a questionnaire for you to complete to let Me know of any dietary requirements or specific requests you may have. There is also a variety of hotels a stones throw away from The Under Dungeon if you decide to choose the later options.

WEDNESDAY – 9am – Midnight
THURSDAY – 9am – Midnight
FRIDAY – Not Available for Private Hire
SATURDAY – 9am – Midnight
SUNDAY – 10am – 6pm
The Under Dungeon Hire Fees:
£50 per hour – if booking times fall outside of the Day and Evening fixed times below.
£300 All Day between: 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm or 11am – 8pm
£350 All Evening 4pm – Midnight
£550 The Whole Day!!! 9am – Midnight
50% non-refundable deposit required in advance payable via bank transfer to secure your booking. Bank details will be supplied with the questionnaire upon receipt of your request. Information about the premises, parking, equipment and rules will be sent to you once I have received your non-refundable deposit. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it is transferable to another date within a 6 week time frame if you give 48 hrs notice or more.
